Today, Georgian Landscape Design specializes in luxury residential projects that include custom pools, paver patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, drainage systems, lighting, and full scale landscape installations. In 2015, Jeremy Talboy joined the company as President, bringing a strong operational mindset and a focus on scalable growth. Jeremy Talboy | President

Jeremy Talboy is the President of Georgian Landscape Design and a driving force behind the company’s growth and reputation in Metro Atlanta. Starting his career in the landscape industry from the ground up, Jeremy built his expertise through hands on experience in operations, sales, and project execution.

Since joining Georgian Landscape Design in 2015, Jeremy has led the company’s evolution into a premier design build firm specializing in high end outdoor living spaces. His focus on systems, efficiency, and client experience has helped scale the business while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and detail.

Jeremy is known for combining an operator’s mindset with a passion for creating exceptional outdoor environments. He believes that successful projects are built on clear planning, disciplined execution, and strong communication with clients from start to finish.

In addition to his role at Georgian Landscape Design, Jeremy is also the owner of North Georgia Landscape Management and the creator of the “Landscape Tycoon” brand, where he shares insights on building and scaling a successful landscape company.

He continues to lead with a focus on growth, innovation, and delivering outdoor spaces that exceed expectations.

Jarid Todd | Office Manager

Jarid Todd brings over 28 years of experience in landscape construction, design build, and project leadership, with a career rooted in delivering high quality residential and commercial outdoor environments. Originally from Oregon, Jarid worked with top tier firms in the Pacific Northwest, contributing to large scale projects on Fortune 500 corporate campuses such as Intel, Nike, and Columbia.

He has led crews of up to 36 personnel on a single site and overseen projects exceeding $2 million in scope, demonstrating his ability to manage complex builds with precision, efficiency, and accountability. Jarid’s expertise spans grading, drainage solutions, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and full outdoor living environments, including multiple pool design build installations.

Jarid is highly credentialed, holding certifications in NDS drainage systems, Hunter irrigation, Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Belgard retaining wall systems, and Weathermatic smart controllers. He also holds a low voltage card and is experienced as a Vista lighting installer. His technical knowledge ensures that every project is not only visually compelling but built to perform long term.

He has owned and operated design, construction, and landscape companies, bringing a well rounded perspective to both the field and project execution. Jarid is also experienced as a full design build contractor on large scale apartment remodeling projects, further expanding his expertise beyond landscape into complete property transformations.

Known for his hands on leadership style and attention to detail, Jarid excels at bridging design vision with real world execution, delivering projects that are built right the first time and exceed client expectations.

Phillip Tucker | Senior Designer

Philip Tucker is a Senior Designer at Georgian Landscape Design, where he leads the planning and execution of high end outdoor living projects across Metro Atlanta. Known for his attention to detail and practical design approach, Philip specializes in creating outdoor spaces that are not only visually impressive but also built to perform long term.

His experience includes large scale residential projects featuring custom paver patios, luxury poolscapes, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living areas, and complete property transformations. Philip has a strong ability to take a client’s ideas and turn them into clear, buildable designs that align with both budget and vision, eliminating guesswork and creating confidence before construction begins.

In addition to his role at GLD, Philip teaches landscape design at Lanier Technical College, where he shares real world knowledge and industry best practices with the next generation of designers. This involvement keeps him sharp, current, and deeply connected to both the technical and creative sides of the industry.

Philip stays involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, working closely with project managers and field crews to ensure every detail is executed to standard. His hands on approach and clear communication style help create a smooth experience for clients from initial design through final walkthrough.

He is also a big believer in what GLD calls “project beautification” the finishing layer of plantings, mulch, and softscape elements that bring warmth and balance to hardscape heavy projects. For Philip, that final phase is what turns a great project into a complete outdoor environment.

Tendai Mandirahwe | Landscape Designer / Project Manager

Tendai Mandirahwe is a landscape designer and project manager with over 7 years of experience, supported by a strong academic and field based foundation in urban ecosystems and design, horticulture, and site planning. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Urban Ecosystems and Design and an Associate degree in Horticultural Science, providing both technical knowledge and applied design expertise.

He is versatile in scope and scale, delivering projects ranging from smaller high impact landscapes to larger comprehensive landscape transformation projects. His work includes full scope master planning with hardscape, softscape, drainage, irrigation, and lighting systems, supported by high end CAD drafting and 3D visualization to clearly communicate layout, materiality, and spatial experience before construction begins.

Tendai helps homeowners understand how their outdoor space will look, feel, and function before construction. His work focuses on practical planning built around real site conditions, proper grading, and plant selections that thrive. His goal is simple. A design that works, a layout that solves problems, and a space that feels natural.

His approach blends structure, circulation, and long term beauty through an experiential design process, ensuring each space feels intentional and cohesive. He provides guidance from concept through construction, creating a process that is clear, efficient, and grounded in real world execution.
